Gratitude Monday, Stevia Review, Cookies

Share

Happy Gratitude Monday! Hope everyone had a great week & weekend! We finally got some cooler weather here so happy about that although some bad flooding in certain areas that was NOT good! It is going to get somewhat warm again so taking in what I can before then!

If you missed my post Thursday, it was my 32nd wedding anniversary!!! We lived together a couple of years before that so – a long time! That guy is a glutton for punishment! I AM HARD TO LIVE WITH!!! TRUTH!

Omica Organics Stevia: I wrote about these briefly last Monday. I LOVE!! I have been using them for at least 3 weeks now & so great! They are all delicious!

I wanted to write in my own words all about the ingredients but I am so short of time tonight finishing this post so I copied & pasted from the website. This previous link is to the plain stevia which has everything I copied & pasted below and more. Go read about it PLUS they have more products too!

The ingredients are great & VERY minimum alcohol. Many brands have a lot more than this & a few have zero but I am cool with this based on the organic & the amazing flavors of these stevias.

“Omica Organics’ Liquid Stevia™ is a naturally highly-concentrated direct extract. Created using our proprietary revolutionary TruExtract™ production method, this is un-reconstituted from white powdered Stevia Extract (unlike other liquid stevia products that are reconstituted from dehydrated stevia). This is a true liquid extract that has not been spray-dried, and only slightly filtered, leaving the beneficial micronutrients intact. The result is an aromatic, dynamic sweetness without the bitterness associated with other stevia products.

  • No Artificial Colors, Flavors, or Preservatives
  • Zero Calorie, Zero Carbohydrates, Zero Glycemic Index
  • Certified Organic
  • 600 Servings in every 2 oz bottle
  • Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher, Vegetarian/Vegan
  • Use as a substitute for sugar, honey, agave, or maple syrup
  • Glass bottle with custom-made blunt-nose glass dropper; no plastic touches the stevia
  • Refreshingly sweet, smooth-tasting and truly bitter free
  • Available in Plain, Organic Vanilla, Butterscotch Toffee, and Sweet Blossom

Certified Organic Stevia
Omica Organics’ proprietary stevia is cultivated from an extensive network of family-owned stevia farms. Self-sustaining farming methods help preserve the naturally-beneficial phytochemicals of the stevia leaf. The stevia leaves are picked by hand at the peak time of the growing season and then dried naturally with sunlight and fresh air.

No Artificial Preservatives
Only certified organic glycerin and certified organic alcohol are used to help preserve and extend the shelf life.

No Non-Organic (Synthetic) Solvents
Every batch of stevia is tested in a 3rd-party laboratory prior to processing and packaging. To be certified organic through the NOP (National Organic Program) and earn the USDA ORGANIC seal, only organic solvents (water and organic ethanol) can be used in processing; no synthetic solvents are allowed. Click on the link below to see the lab results showing that, of 35 solvents tested, only organic ethanol was found to be present, in the extremely low amount of 33ppm (0.000033).”

THE BIGGEST THING – I USE WAY LESS OF THIS BRAND THEN OTHER BRANDS! I have one favorite that many of you already know about & I think I might like this one better… They are both great but I think this brand edges it out for me personally.

So, I have to say – LOVE!!!!!!

COOKIES!!!!!! Always!

That is all I have today. Between the heat & work during the week and work, errands & hubby time on the weekend, this is all I have time to share today. Making it easy on you!

Have a great week!
