Welcome to Gratitude Monday.Β Each Monday, stop by & comment on what you are grateful for & how it will impact you to live a healthier life going forward. How it impacts you does not have to be food or exercise related. It can be in any way, shape or form! If you just want to write a grateful comment & nothing else, that is fine too. If your comment is the same as another one, so be it. Everything goes here.

So I am still working on this new WordPress site but at least we have some of it up & going. I have to change my main picture to spread across the top of my site & working on other little things. Hubby & I do not know WP so it is a challenge and especially for me! πŸ™‚ We did get the share buttons on there & no captcha so this should help many of you! Trying to figure out how I can get color to my words as well as change the font. That first paragraph I copied & pasted from my other blog so that is why it looks different. πŸ˜‰

Something I did not tell all of you when I took my gym break was I had been feeling some body aches that I did not like & I am still feeling them even with the time off & lots of stretching. I had stopped a couple of my normal supplements due to trying to save some money & wondering if this is some of it so going back on those & will let you know how it goes in a couple weeks after I get them back in my system.

I am still not sure how much I will blog but I do know the time away from blogging has been good for me. I think I have been writing too much for what I think others want to read & also being influenced by what others write as well. I am going to try to just do more of me & less of that BUT I will still write for you too! πŸ™‚

How have you all been? I have missed you although I have been out there reading you all!

What are you thankful for today or this past week or in general?

  3. Hi Friend!!

Happy Monday! Amazing what happens when I have vacation days….I can read blogs! haha I can’t even believe how different your site looks! I LOVE it! WordPress was a major work in progress for me too when I started using it. I am so sorry to hear you aren’t feeling 100%. I had stopped some supplements a few months back as well to save a few $$ and found that I also experienced some aches. I went back on them and I felt much better. I hope that happens for you too! Miss you tons! HUGS xxoo

    1. HI Sarah!!! Yahoo for vacation days!!! Yes, WP is hard especially since my hubby is not a WP guy but can’t afford for someone else to do it.

Hey, will you email me what supplements you are taking that made you feel better if they are for joints & stuff. THX!

Today I’m grateful for my health. I had two stress fractures recently that have prevented me from running but they’re healing nicely and I’m extremely grateful for my body’s ability to bounce back.

    1. HI Lindsay! I already bought some yesterday – it was my joint supplement & my calcium supplement. I had been taking the joint one but a different one without chondroitin & msm so got one with that again. Thx so much though!!!

  8. I’m glad that you’ve had some time away from blogging and been able to step back. I think that we all need to do that because it’s so easy to get caught up in what others are doing. I hope that your aches go away soon. I’m nursing some of my own and it’s no fun!
