So if you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you have seen that my absence is due to a very bad case of the flu. I got both the body aches/fever version AND the cold/cough/sniffles one at the same time. I hope this means that when I get rid of it, I am done for the year! I have been down since last Monday. I seem to be hacking now which I did not have the first week but the body aches & fever are gone. I really have no idea if I am still sick or not! I am going to be very careful getting back to the gym & take it slowly so I do not relapse! I am trying this morn to see how I feel.
So, thankful to be on the mend – really really thankful!!! I like to eat & not feeling like eating is no fun!

Fabletics sent me some beautiful new pieces from their new line! I can’t wait to wear in the gym!
My fave stevia company, NuNaturals, sent me this goodie box! I hope to have a giveaway in the future!
I saw this nut butter & chocolate spreads line from Artisana Foods at ExpoWest. EXCITED!!!
We have had some beautiful weather & even though I was sick, I did take a little time each day to get my Vitamin D hoping to feel better!
This was Saturday.
Finally felt well enough to have cookies!!!!! OH, there was a first one on Saturday too! Don’t care if I did not work out – I lost weight with the flu & had my cookies once I felt well enough!
