86,400 Seconds - What Are You Doing with It?

What are you waiting for - today is the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, what are you doing with your seconds? Are you sitting on the couch & watching TV? Are you wondering why you have not lost the weight you promised to last year? Are you wondering why you ate that donut this morn? Are you wondering why you are not healthier? Are you wondering about what lies ahead but you have not moved yet to even try? Are you doing Twitter & FB & all that stuff but don't have time to work out or eat healthier????

It is all about CHOICES!

Yes, go faster if you want, but the key is to just move forward in any little way you can!

DEFINE IT for yourself. Make it yours!!!!!!!!!!!

I know many don't like The Biggest Loser. I watched the first show last night & for now it seems to be getting back to basics & not like the past few seasons - time will tell.

What I wanted to share though is that this season on The Biggest Loser is the season of NO EXCUSES

How about we make this season, this year of 2012 & each & every moment one of no excuses. You don't have to go crazy like me. You don't have to be an athlete. You don't have to do your exercise in a gym or be a runner or be like "that person over there".

JUST BE YOU!

We all make mistakes. We all fall or falter. What makes the difference? You get up & keep moving, keep trying, don't give up, don't make excuses. Just get back to it. Aren't you worth it - YOU ARE!

What are you doing with your seconds?

I love this message! I think that is one of the bigger struggles as people learn a new healthy lifestyle. They become lost in where THEY should be by looking at others too much. Great post!

Only 86,400 seconds in a day??? I ran around so much yesterday, I'm sure that there must have been double that amount. By evening, I could barely climb the stairs to bed. I LOVE being that busy (not the accompanying pain though).

Ironic post since I am only now finding time to visit my reader. I guess that means I've made good use of the first seconds of my day

Hi Jody! Happy New Year to you! Well, you couldn't have said it better. We all have what it takes for great health and fitness. Just do it!

And I really believe in mistakes to get better--perhaps up to 25% of my posts are about being willing to make mistakes and figuring things out to improve fitness.
