Breathe - You Will Never Live This Again

Take a deep breath & let it go.... find your inner peace whether it be a mantra or a deep 4 breath count every 30 minutes or so or a walk away for that.. whatever it is - find it & enjoy the holidays even with how crazy it gets - JUST BREATHE!
I wish I were in Hawaii as in this pic but since I am not, this will be my mind pic when I need to BREATHE!

Lori - I agree - I recall that doorknob post of mine that was about thinking before you open that door - don't take the negative energy with you if you have it!

At least, AT LEAST, 2-3 times a day I stop, close my eyes, and draw in several long, deep breaths. It always helps -- always. Breathing is medicine. It's free. It's always available. And you can't OD on it.

Funny you should say this... my crossfit trainer says the most important work out we can do is breathing! We spend the first 5 minutes of every class working on breathing and posture.
