Gratitude Monday, Cookies & Happy Halloween
Welcome to Gratitude Monday. Each Monday, stop by & comment on what you are grateful for & how it will impact you to live a healthier life going forward. How it impacts you does not have to be food or exercise related. It can be in any way, shape or form! If you just want to write a grateful comment & nothing else, that is fine too. If your comment is the same as another one, so be it. Everything goes here!
I am grateful for fun stuff, Halloween fun, cookies and a great run in my Hoka shoes with a beautiful sunrise too!!! Also for this amazing post by Cammy from Tippy Toe Diet. It is about not looking back BUT with a Cammy twist. Thx Cammy!
First, Happy Halloween!!! I love seeing the little kids dress up! It is not the same where I live vs. say a smaller town where people decorate the houses & it is a big thing. I miss that part of it when I was a kid!
What did the ghost say to the bee?
BOO Bee!
Get it (booby)!
And if you are one of the few that have not seen this cool viral video of this Halloween house, check it out!

Also, after the fact, I heard it was National Cookie Month! How did I miss that with my love of cookies!!!! I sure have posted a lot of cookie pics over time here. I LOVE this quote below from the previous link:
“A balanced diet is a cookie in each hand.” ~ Unknown
So, in honor of cookie month, here is a pic of one of the 2 cookies I ate this past weekend! I was already almost done with the other & forgot to take a pic!

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. Feel free to share!

I am grateful for the jobs we have to be able to afford what we need. Yesterday we went out and bought new furniture we so needed after 14 years. They are wonderful seats!

We had a busy, busy weekend, but all good! We don't get trick-o-treaters here so we have no Halloween candy around! YAY!

I am grateful for good medical care for my mom. She is having some medical tests done today and I am grateful that she has medical coverage.
