Chocolate and Nut Butter Bites
Ingredients:
8 1/4-ounce squares bittersweet chocolate;
4 teaspoons almond, cashew or pistachio butter
Directions
1. Top each chocolate square with 1/2 teaspoon nut butter of your choice (almond, cashew, pistachio).

I also did a post quite a while back on the great properties of quinoa & one the healthiest foods & a complete protein according to World's Healthiest Foods! There is a recipe there too! AND.. I saw a segment on The Today Show where they coated a piece of salmon with quinoa rather then say breadcrumbs or Panko crumbs. Something to think about for your chicken too!
