Make Results, Not Excuses
DON'T MAKE EXCUSES, MAKE RESULTS!
I saw this on The Biggest Loser last week. The new trainer, not bad to look at Dolvett,
So not too long ago, I wrote this post, Holiday Help: Let's Get Started Early! I also want to share the below:

Steve usually does this Hot 100 challenge each year. This year he is super super busy with work & other things so he wrote this:
"Yesterday when I mentioned the Hot 100, Leah had a great idea – a do-it-yourself Hot 100! This will be the easiest Hot 100 ever, because the rules are all yours. There is only one rule that everyone has to follow – make it happen! Make this year end with a bang! Of course, I would love to see a community filled with comradery, encouragement, and goal setting, but those aren’t the rules. Once again, all you have to do is make this the best end of the year possible! Once again, my dear friend Pippa has blessed us all with a badge" (that is the badge above)."
So, see that comment in the red above? Let's definitely keep that encouragement & comradery going!!! If blog friends or even people in your everyday life need a little help OR a kind word OR a little tough love for those that like tough love, be there for them!
So, who is with us?? Are you going to finish out this year with a bang? Even maintaining & not gaining is a good thing this time of year. Let's start 2012 healthy & fit as possible!
If you are a challenge person, here are a couple more links for you to look at:
1. Walk It Out in October from Everyday Health (wrote about this site HERE)
2. Patrick has a couple challenges he is joining which you can check out HERE.
3. MizFit has joined a Britta Drink More Water Challenge. I saw the pitchers at my Costco!
Heck, if you have other goals in mind beyond weight loss or maintenance, let us help you work on that too!!! Want to share any more challenges you are doing here?

I hope everyone does well with their challenges!

Dr. J, if we challenge ourselves, that works too!

I don't necessarily have "challenges" except sticking to what works for me as a person still trying to get leaner and fitter now on maintenance.
I do put myself on many challenges like the 17DD to get me back into control and to burn some fat.

Sheri - sounds good. I tend not to enter challenges but challenge myself in the way I want to...

I agree, he's cute. I'm liking him so far but Anna just doesn't seem right for the task. Sweet, but...
I bombed the 100 day challenge last year so I will not be doing any official ones this year. But am happy to play cheerleader.

Karen, I agree with Loser... although very unhappy with the teams & old against the others. It is a fact the it is harder to lose weight at these ages & even maintain. I think that part sucks!
I don't do challenges either - just against myself!

I have been so busy the last week or so that I haven't even written my October goals down yet LOL! I plan on doing that this afternoon.
