I was only going to write about the items in the title of my post for today but I got an email about a show I wanted to share with you. It looks really inspiring to me & is about "inspiring stories of people who have been affected by a health crisis and who are now "paying it forward," delivering a message of hope and healing to others with that condition." Read more at the link below.

Everyday Health has a new TV series that profiles ordinary people who overcome extraordinary obstacles and who are helping others lead healthier, happier lives.

Episode 5 airs this Saturday, October 1st, on local ABC stations, and features Katie Stagliano, an inspirational 13-year-old girl who founded Katie’s Krops, a movement designed to gets kids to grow food and feed the less fortunate in their communities. Plus, there's surprise guest Ellie Krieger, New York Times bestselling author and registered dietitian. The show is inspiring and feel good for everyone who participates in the fight against hunger. ON TO REGULAR PROGRAMMING!

For those that read my Arctic Zero review post, I have been taste testing other flavors for you! I will say that the coffee flavor is still my favorite right now.

I bought the chocolate for my hubby & although he likes it, he thinks it does taste a bit healthy. I also bought the chocolate PB for me. I wanted to try a different flavor but it was not in stock so I went for the Chocolate PB since I love PB!

Let me first say that I am NOT a chocolate ice cream or chocolate yogurt fan.. not my thing -so it did effect my opinions on these 2 flavors! My thoughts on both - I liked them both BUT I did think these 2 flavors tasted more "healthy". For chocolate fans, you may like them better than me. I have a secret tester out there that wants to remain anonymous & she feels the same way about the chocolate & she likes chocolate ice cream...BUT SHE SAID THIS: i ate the chocolate today. it was good, definitely a non-fat food taste, but certainly a good treat

Early this week I bought the Vanilla Maple Flavor and Strawberry.

The Vanilla Maple is pretty sweet & lots of maple flavor and almost toffee tasting (YUM!). I think this is perfect for this time of year! I did like it BUT I think it may taste too sweet to some of you. It is hard for me to judge since I don't eat ice cream. I also like sweet things so......!

The Strawberry - LOVE IT!!!! To me, this tastes amazing! LOVE LOVE!

COFFEE flavor is still my very very fav flavor. I really had trouble portion controlling this but I did! Strawberry is a very close second & again, will have to work to portion control it. After that, I would go the Vanilla Maple, chocolate PB & then chocolate. This is only because I am not a chocolate fan. I am wondering what the Vanilla Maple would taste like mixed with another flavor like coffee or chocolate.

I have a couple more flavors to try yet. One lady that read my post tried the Mint Chocolate one & loved it but I have not tried it yet. Another thought the Cookies & cream was "just OK".

OH - THERE IS A PUMPKIN FLAVOR OUT BUT I HAVE NOT FOUND IT YET. ON THE LOOKOUT CAUSE I SO WANT TO TRY THAT FLAVOR!!!

I know you want to know how long they last for me. Even though you can eat the whole container for 150 calories per their stats, I make a container last at least a week.

Also, for those sensitive to Xanthan gum (can cause some side effects such as intestinal gas (flatulence) and bloatingGuar gum (side effects include increased gas production, diarrhea, and loose stools) be careful of eating the whole container in one sitting.

Pumpkin Spice Pops - I have linked you to See's Candies Pumpkin Spice Lollypops! A friend of mine told me about them. I know, some of you hate me now cause you want to go out & get them! I have not tried them yet.

Carla, it is a bit pricey but if you can stretch it out, may be worth it! I would try the coffee or strawberry flavors first if you like those flavors...

I checked out the Artic Zero, but at $5 for a pint, it's not in my budget. If I ever do buy it, I'll probably do as you did and stretch it out.

Cammy, your area is charging more than mine BUT I agree - expensive! I wanted to check out for the readers to give them an option. Me, I rather have my homemade protein cookies or even my healthier Costco animal cookies BUT so I can stretch out a container quite a long time.. although that coffee flavor rocks!! And, I do love the Strawberry too BUT I can stretch it out but having a couple of my cookies & just a couple spoonfuls of this..

I just got two pints from Whole Foods the other day! I tried the chocolate PB and admit I was disappointed. It had a definite diet taste to me. I also got the chocolate mint and took one bite to see and suspect I will think the same. But, it is a huge amount for very few calories if someone is really wanting a frozen treat. I will have to check for the coffee and other flavors. I do prefer to have something to chew with my ice cream, like chips, so miss that

Karen, like you, I prefer to chew so that is why I can stretch these out... but the coffee flav is really good!

Jody, although I recently wrote a post about how much I love my AM coffee, I hate coffee-flavored anything else. Thanks for letting me know the strawberry is also good. I went to a new specialty supermarket in our area yesterday and checked for it, but they aren't carrying it. I haven't made it down to Whole Foods yet, but will try some when I do. Thanks.
