OK - I just love that first pic... and the second one too!
Welcome to Gratitude Monday. Each Monday, stop by & comment on what you are grateful for & how it will impact you to live a healthier life going forward. How it impacts you does not have to be food or exercise related. It can be in any way, shape or form! If you just want to write a grateful comment & nothing else, that is fine too. If your comment is the same as another one, so be it. Everything goes here!
So today I am thankful for a couple companies that have let me test out their products & do giveaways for them too! I LOVE finding products I am passionate about & want to share with others - like my Hoka One One shoes that I talk about all the time. No giveaway on them BUT I LOVE THEM!
With the holidays approaching fast, and that means October thru the end of the year PLUS New Years, we need to keep ahead of this and PLAN! Both these products will help you survive the holiday craziness!
So today I am thankful for Harbinger Fitness Products and for Rubberbanditz.
Harbinger has provided me with 4 pair of gloves over time. One pair I have had for almost a year & the last 3 I have been testing recently. I will be reviewing them this week & will have a GIVEAWAY for a pair of women's gloves!!!
Rubberbanditz - don't you just LOVE that name - provided me with a "workout in a bag"! And YES, you can get a great workout with this product AND take it with you anywhere & when I say anywhere, I mean anywhere! Again, I get to do a GIVEAWAY for one person to win this!
With this time of year - September through December - with holidays and get togethers and travel, this is the perfect time to keep active, try to stay healthier with your foods AND these products are going to help you do that!
I am looking forward to a good week with this!
How are you today???

I am grateful for Fall weather. It makes me smile inside and out! It helps me run better, did my best trail run in my new Hoka's Saturday ran my farthest 5.43 miles. I am grateful for God's country and what He created.

Today I am grateful for girl friends. I reconnected with an old friend over the weekend. She is moving back to my area and I realize that I need to make sure I carve out enough time to visit with my friends on a more regular basis.

Rami - that sounds like fun! I think many of us bloggers need to get POUT & just step away from the computer .. and you, the kitchen!

Hi Jody. I'm grateful that I was able to walk six miles this AM without injuring myself. I hope I can continue to get back into shape after 8 months of illness and injury.
