Giveaway Winners; Ovarian Cancer Links
I just want to emphasize again how important it is to start learning about perimenopause & menopause early on. This change can hit people in their late 30's & most in the 40's to 50's. For those that are younger or are men, it will help you understand what the women in your life are going thru - and it is TOUGH! You may want to say to them - hey, you can control this BUT it is not that easy & no, we can't control many of the problems. Yes, there are ways to try to make it better BUT for a large % of women, it is a very tough few years. I had about 7 years of perimenopause with every symptom under the sun & now I still get hot flashes & night sweats on top of what happens after you head into menopause.
PLEASE try to understand women in your life when they go thru this. Again, thru Sept. 25, you can buy the e-book for you or a loved one or a friend for only $2.99. My Monday post has all the links! Also there was a fun interview by E. Check out her FB for the link!

Congrats to the winners!
And thanks for the public service announcement about menopausal issues and ovarian cancer! So many women are reluctant to share their experiences with others. I figure if we gotta sit through all those viagra ads on tv, guys can darn well handle a few complaints and worries about our hormonal and gynecological issues!

My cousin died from ovarian cancer a few years ago. She was like a second mother to me and the hurt will never stop.
