Holy Guacamole; Chia Seed Pudding; NuNaturals

Remember my NuNaturals Stevia giveaway? Well, after the fact, NuNaturals sent me this amazing package of goodies! Not only that but a pack of information & recipes as thick as an encyclopedia!
So, I went thru the recipes finding ones I want to try & that are easy enough for simple me.
The "Avocado Haters" Guacamole
Lauren is a certified clinical nutritionist with a passion for a healthier lifestyle & diet. She has provided this sweet guacamole recipe that’s been a hit even with guests who swore they hated avocado. For many more great ideas read her blog; www.diaryofanutritionist.com, or visit her site www.inpurebliss.com to delve deeper into the relationship between food, nutrition, and health.
Ingredients
• 4 medium sized, ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
• 1 garlic clove, very finely chopped (about the size of your thumbnail)
• 1/8 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1/8 cup unsweetened, dried cherries, roughly chopped
• ½ packet of NuNaturals Nustevia™ White Stevia Powder
• 1 squirt Agave syrup (approx. 2 tsp.)
Directions
SIMPLE !!
Mash all your ingredients together in a bowl & ENJOY !!
Tip: Avocado browns quickly in the fridge. This recipe is best made just before guests arrive so that it will not have time to brown before enjoyment. (The brown does not mean that it has gone “bad”, but is less attractive.)
This dip makes an excellent raw veggie dip or dressing for a baby mixed greens salad.

You're kind to share, but these recipes don't really do anything for me. Do they have anything in a cupcake?
