Weight Lifting for Beginners

Hi everybody! I am guest posting over at She-Fit about beginner weight lifting! Look at her cute logo above! As I always write here, there is not one way to do anything SO others may feel differently about what I wrote & that is cool too. I am fine with that AS LONG AS YOU JUST GIVE IT A TRY!!!
Resistance training is so important for your health & well being long term! I have a post ready to go next week about how weights have helped me & made my life better so check back next week for that.

Great post and instructions Jody!! I am going to have to start over since I am lacking in my desire to lift. Its been 2 weeks at least. I miss the strong feeling!
