Xbox Workout; Party Fun; Happy Bday!

First off, Happy Bday to my sister-in-law, Linda, my hubby's sis. Hope you have a great day & some relaxing times!!!

I know many are leaving for Fitbloggin this week, not me,
, so I thought I would share some more pics & stories of the fun I had at the G Series Fit event I went to last month. If you missed my posts, you can read them HERE or HERE. I got to work out with Gunnar Peterson!!!!
There was a party one evening to launch the products & some celebs even showed up! Also, they had demonstrations of the XBOX G Series Fit Workout with Gunnar Peterson! Check out the pics below. Some of the athletes were doing this & seemed to be getting a decent workout! I don't have an Xbox so I have not tried it but people seemed to like it & were getting a workout. I Goggled it online & it got mostly 4-5 stars out of 5 in the articles I read. Of course, everything is only as much as what you put into it!
I also took my pic with this really nice lady, Shanola Hampton from Shameless - a show on Showtime. She was so sweet & complimenting me.. holy cow, look at her!
I also got my pic with Olympic track star & Gold medalist Allyson Felix. Another beautiful lady! Our dress colors match and YES, that is the dress from my youngest stepdaughter's wedding. Hey, I got to wear it again!
And here is just me standing in front of the banner where the real stars got their pics taken! Yes, in all these pics, I had hubby Photoshop. I was tired beyond tired, up way past my normal bed time & looked like you know what!
Had him get rid of some bags under the eyes & some wrinkles & open up my eyes so I could see what I would look like with an eye lift! Well, I used to look like that years & years

My arms are HUGE from the side view. I never see them that way in the gym & I like them from the front view. I guess it proves that we can still build muscle with age! Oh yes! I might have to re-evaluate my arm training although I love working the arms & shoulders!

Thx Sheri. This was local for me even though I stayed over night in LA. Too much driving to go back & forth - it is quite a drive with traffic!
