What I See in the Mirror - Part 1

Well, GoDaddy is at it again! For the past 2-3 days I have not been getting email notification of your comments so I go right to my site or check them in the area where I respond to comments.
Also, as of yesterday's post, no notification of a new post has been sent out by GoDaddy. Since people tend not to stop by if they don't get notification of a new post, I am leaving yesterday's post up. You can view it HERE or if you are already at my site, just scroll down.
I was really disappointed as usual but on top of all that I had a GREAT PRODUCT REVIEW scheduled for today, Wednesday. I will post that Thursday so please stop back whether you get notification or not!
I do want to clarify something from yesterday's post though. I mentioned about checking every few months to access your weaker vs. stronger body parts. Saying that, I still change up my regular routines all the time. In fact, with me, every workout. You don't have to do it as much as that BUT do work on changing it up every 4- 6 weeks at the least. If you want to do it more often, no prob with that. I love doing that & keeps things exciting!
In terms of weak vs. stronger body parts, I access those every 4-6 months and change up my workouts accordingly - meaning body parts worked first to last or which body parts I combine with which to work on each day of the workout week. Since I am concentrating on improving weaker links, after about 6 months, my weaker link may be strong enough to let me work on another less strong link.
Saying all that, if the mirror and/or my body tells me something before those 4-6 months, I act on it!

I received the email that your post is up today; this post. So maybe all is fixed? Core is my weakness now. Mirror doesn't reflect that as much as it really is because there is still too much flab there. But I feel it in my workouts.

I got the email too. I am bad about doing the same things. I often think about scheduling a session or two with a trainer to help me.

Diane, I know money is tight but maybe this will help you. There is so much help online but having a person show you is so cool. Also, Carla, Mizfit, has those cards she is selling now. You should check those out. With your busy schedule, it might help!

Sable, GoDaddy appears to have different people that work the blog side vs. the website side. Now saying that, I know some bloggers had probs with the website side too but my hubby manages websites with them & does not have a lot of issues. The blog side - I have had tons of probs!

Oh man, I hate technical problems! Hope it gets better soon!!
And I love to change up my workouts too - otherwise I get very bored.
