What is Your Excuse?

We all know the words - the excuses for not eating better or not taking time out to exercise or just move & have fun. Well, let me show you how you can still move but enjoy as well based on a family get together this past weekend to celebrate Casey's bday!

Pool fun time & playing around:



Taking a walk to enjoy - pick up the pace if you can & also take time to smell the roses & the flowers:

Maybe a little quick travel time around the house - we have no idea but this kiddo loved playing with the overnight bag & was pushing it around the house!

What is your excuse? Should you even have one??? Make your health a priority in your life!

I wrote a comment on another blog site: It is all about choices & consistency for sure! I have been doing this for close to 30 years & I have learned many things along the way but the biggest is the consistency & making it a priority in my life.
