You are as beautiful as you feel by Carol King. Yes, I watch American Idol (buzz thru a lot of the junk)! I honestly don't understand why Haley drops in the bottom so much. She sang this beautifully last week. I love her singing although James is my fave with her next. I know people love Scotty but I think he is predictable & 1 dimensional. Just me.....

These are my cycling shoes... clipping in is soooo much more efficient. And my favorite water bottle... because the lid closes over the straw and keeps it from getting all gritty with dirt when I ride. Ah, the simple things.

We watch Idol too, although we have yet to watch this week and also fast forward, especially the results show. Truth be told, I probably don't ever think of the word "beautiful" in respect to myself. Doesn't mean I don't like myself, just that I don't think in that paradigm, I guess.

I got nothing re: American Idol. But I gots lots to say about believing in oneself. But since I am limited to 3000 characters I shall be short'ish...
Have you ever seen someone not watch television because they don't know how to use the remote control? I have not. Everyone who watches television learns how to use the remote enough to be able to successfully watch it. Some become remote experts, others not as skilled, but everyone learns enough to get the job done. Why then if you can learn to use a remote control enough to accomplish your television watching goals, why would you believe you cannot achieve any other goal? I know the answer, and I believe you do to. Because you were sure that you saw that others around you can use the remote, thus you believed before you picked it up for the first time that you would figure it out. If anyone else can do something you can to. All you have to do is believe before you picked it up for the first time, whatever 'it' is; if you can believe you can do it, you will.
