Happiness Pictures

I wanted to share the pictures that have come in from my happiness with yourself post. Not too many so far but hoping more will be sent if you see what people are sending. You don't have to send a pic of yourself if you don't want to - whatever makes you happy with yourself & makes you say that YOU ROCK! It can be the view from your walk or run or bike ride. It can be your kids showing they are learning healthy ways from you. It can be your fav healthy meal that helped you on your weight loss journey, it can be a new thing you jus accomplished & are proud of .. anything that makes you know you are who you are & that is enough!

I shared a pic from my yesterday post too since when I look at it, I say to myself: I am doing pretty dang good for being 53!

This reflects on who i am and what means the world to me spending healthy quality fit happy time with the grands, ps i have 9 of them so i get plenty of play time! :0)
Dr. J said: No words needed - this says it all!
Lori writes: I love that this photo of me makes me look kind of bassass!
Patrick writes: This home made sign reflects the essence of my happiness today. I know that I choose to achieve what I want to achieve, but I also know I do not achieve anything without the support of others. So for all I have achieved, overcome & enjoyed thus far in life; it makes me happy to say Thank You to those who have helped me do so.
Thank you to those that sent in pics so far! PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING!

With the strong storms coming through the South today, better to be on the ground wishing I was in the air, than in the air wishing I was on the ground!
