French Toast Omelet

OK, on to my regular post for the day!

My friend Holly Mosier did a great video on how to make a French Toast Omelet. She even discusses options for people that want to cut back on fat or carbs too! Before I link to that, let me tell you about Holly as I have posted about her before.
Remember my Out of Your Comfort Zone posts on kickboxing? Then I had a follow up on Holly herself HERE. Holly & her husband own the Lake Forest, CA LA Boxing location. Her hubby, by the way, looks just like Harry Connick Jr.!!! Anyway, Holly wrote a book that will be coming out in June & I hope to review it here. Here is a link to the first chapter so you can check it out!
