My favorite heart healthy recipe is a tuna steak with oriental sauce from Nourishing Traditions cookbook. I need to make it again and post the recipe. So good!

My favorite heart healthy activity is hiking. Or running. Or cycling. Or canoeing. There are so many. And of course, strength training.
