Bloggers' Healthy Heart Weekend; Giveaway Reminder

So Lori had a Bloggers' Healthy Heart Weekend that I wrote about here and she wrote about here. I had to take a pic for this but she said we did not have to show our face so here are my pics... before & after my early Sunday run.. no 5am face being shown here!
It gets chilly for us on CA in the early morn so I am dressed for that. So the 1st pic is before I headed out & the 2nd pic is with my longer top over the short sleeve top for the cooler morn CA weather. The 3rd pic - my clothes in a heap afterwards & the 4th are my running shoes that I will post about later this week! I had a beautiful sunrise for my run! Great weather here right now but rain expected W-Saturday this coming week. Nothing compared to the snow - I know!

This was a great heart healthy blogger weekend. I got daring with this (out of my comfort zone) and included my face. Scary! LOL! Not sure if I will put them on my blog but I am planning on sending them to Lori. It was nice to participate in this cause. Have a fantastic week!
