1 Pound or 1 Vote - It Makes a Difference! Giveaway Winner
Tomorrow is election day 2010. Many people think they can't make a difference - that 1 vote will not make a difference.
BUT, if all the people that feel like their one vote will not make a difference voted - HOLY COW, those votes would make a difference!!! PLEASE VOTE TOMORROW!
Now let's apply this to fitness & health. So many say they can't do this, that it is too hard or no matter what they do, nothing works. People go on about how they only lost 1/2 or 1 pound after 2 weeks of hard work. Well, 1/2 or 1 pound every 2 weeks times many weeks leads to a significant weight loss! Why does everything have to be "right now" these days. Heck you may have no weight loss but inches lost!
It took years to put on that weight so why should we expect that if come off quickly? There is no miracle weight loss pill or cure. Just like 1 vote can make a difference, 1 step more per day or 1 less regular soda per day or 1 less hand full of chips per day... it all counts!
Every little part adds up.. it adds up to a better you, a healthier you, a better chance of a longer & healthier & happier life with your family & friends! Every little bit counts if you have the patience & understanding that IT DOES COUNT!
Start voting TODAY (and every day) for YOU and be sure and make your voice heard by voting on election day tomorrow!

I voted a couple of weeks ago, I love early voting. Yes, VOTE people. My friends in Chicago, I know you will vote often too. Have fun with it, when filling in the circles on the ballot use your non-dominant hand and see if you can stay with-in the lines. Or, if you vote via touch screen take a rubber band with you and see it you can shoot it from a foot away accurately at your preferred candidates; be careful, you wont want to miss. And if you still vote with a punch card, laugh out loud when they hand you your ballot and shout Viva 2000! Just Vote People!
