GIVEAWAY Post!
Yesterday, I talked about balancing the body to help keep free of injuries. Today, I have a GIVEAWAY for Nature Made TripleFlex. This is a Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM complex that is supposed to help with joint comfort, mobility & health.I have been taking the product for about 2 weeks so I really have not been taking it long enough to say anything yet BUT I did take a competitor's version of this years & years ago when I was having some hip problems. At that time, I felt the product I was on which is similar to this make-up helped me. Again, this is just me & my experience. For more reading on this, check out this article from WebMD and ALWAYS check with your doctor if you have concerns or are on other medications.
I also want to say that this product does contain shellfish too so if you are one to have allergies or issues with shellfish, do not take this. I also asked the supplier about the shellfish & they said this: :"Nature Made's fish oil products use only the oil from sustainable, wild ocean fish, and do not use oil from farm-raised fish. Each batch of fish oil or cod liver oil is processed using molecular distillation or adsorbent technologies to reduce PCBs and dioxins in the fish oil to trace levels, which helps assure consistency, purity and potency in accordance with the label claims for the products."
Now, saying all this, I want to point out that their are conflicting studies out there (see previous WebMD link). Some say it works, others say it does not, BUT the overall consensus is either way, it is safe. I also have read great things about the Nature Made brand & even Dr. Oz mentioned their vitamins on a recent show of his.
So if you are interested in trying a 1 month supply, all you have to do is leave a comment to be entered to win.
Winner will be announced on Monday, November 1st. Winner chosen at random. US and Canada only.

Ugh - I hate taking pills. My husband uses C/G all the time and a bunch of other healthy stuff but the thought of it just makes me gag. Sigh.

I don't know much about these. From what I've read, glucosamine has some analgesic properties, but I stay away from chondroitin as it's from animal sources.
I think Vitamin E may help with joint pain.
Usually the best course of action is to figure out what is causing the problem and work from there.

I take a glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM supplement daily and I think it helps my bad right knee considerably. Or, at least, I sure notice it when I stop taking it!
I haven't tried this brand and would love to, so thanks for offering this great giveaway!
