Easy Banana Bread Recipe!
First, I want to thank you all for your wonderful comments to my guest post over at Big Girl Bombshell yesterday! You guys rock!!!! Also, a HUGE thank you to Jules for making me a reader model for the day!!!
So, here is such an easy recipe from She-Fit. I love shorter ingredient lists, recipes I can't mess up too badly AND can easily be changed with additions of your own spices & flavors to meet your taste buds! Look below. How yummy does that look! I am ready to eat!

Non-Fat, Sugar-Free Banana Bread Recipe - Approximately 110 calories in 1 slice (makes 10 slices)
Ingredients
* 1 ½ cup flour
* 1 teaspoon Stevia
* ½ teaspoon baking soda
* ½ to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
* 2 egg whites
* 3-4 (rotten) bananas
* ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
*To add in some healthy fats, throw in some walnuts*
Directions
* Pre-heat oven to 350
* Mix together all dry ingredients (flour, Stevia, baking soda, cinnamon)
* Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients (syrup, egg whites, bananas, applesauce)
* Pour into greased pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown
Sprinkle Stevia on top and Voilà… a delicious, moist Non-Fat Banana Bread.
OK, She-Fit .. thank you for posting this so I can share here too! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am thinking I could play with it to add some protein power in there! I know, always trying to make a homemade protein bar out of everything!
Any suggestions???
Also, question for She-Fit and others: Will using whole wheat flour work too?

Walnuts, must have walnuts. I throw nuts into every bread I make at home, can't help it. Now whomoved my cinnamon?I got some bread to make!

I'd love to hear if anyone tries this with whole wheat flour. I do love banana bread. And pumpkin bread. And zucchini bread.

Thanks for the reminder about your guest post. I got distracted yesterday and never got to it. I'll head over now before the day takes over.

Jody....you are MORE than welcome. You are a model each and every day. And from the comments, I hope you see that just a little bit more!

I would sub 1/2 whole wheat pastry flour and add some baking powder, maybe 1/2 tsp.
For protein, I would sub 1/2 cup of the flour with 1/2 cup of soy or rice protein powder.
I love me some quick bread!

I loved your guest post and I learned a lot from reading it.
Oh banana bread is something I have not had in forever. Did you use whole wheat flour or regular?

Yum that looks great! I think if I were to do substitutions I'd add a scoop of protein powder, and then 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 regular!
