A Day Makes a Difference; Sunday Happenings!

So, if you were able to read my post last Sunday , you saw pics of me walking with my reunion friends in Colorado. Normally I jog on Sunday morns & although I am writing this ahead of time, know that I had a great Sunday jog today!
Anyway, so I left Colorado last week on Tuesday, April 20th and my friend's beautiful home looked like this:
On Friday of that same week, it looked like this:
And this:
And Blackie the dog liked it & you can see that here & above:
So, we had beautiful mid to high 60 degree daytime weather while us old time friends visited & were able to walk & go to Garden of the Gods although there was a brief shower that had us move our picnic inside as seen below. My friends did not let those brief showers stop our planned picnic! This is Donna's home (the redhead) & they are doing construction so... I know she would want me to explain & her hubby is doing it.
Hope you enjoyed more pics of my reunion time & now go out & enjoy, walk, have a picnic or whatever makes you happy!

gosh, such drastic weather changes! we see that here too in pa. looks like you guys totally made the most of it which was great and what friendship is all about.
as for me, it's on to the usual sunday morning routine then off for our get-a-way!

Your friends home is just darling! New Mexico is the same way about weather, but not as drastic. On Friday I came out of the gym and it was snowing!!
Oh, I was going to ask you- I'm not sure if you've done a post on this before or not, but I would love to hear about how you maintain your healthy eating/exercise when your away from home!

My house is constantly in a state of renovation. I hate it!
We are expecting snow the middle of this week. Yuk! I have had enough of the snow.

I lived in Colorado for a few years and got married there. It was in September and the day before the wedding it snowed, the next day it was sunny and 70 degrees!
