What I Do on Sunday
Lots of the bloggers out there write about their workouts each day telling us what exercises they did & then all those pics of the yummy healthy foods they ate that day! For me, since I am not a cook, those food pics & explanations give me ideas I would not have thought of to make myself.Anyway, I will not bore you with my VERY boring food profile since it is just some of the food you already eat minus all the inventive extras!
So, Sunday for me is an outside jog day. The rest of the week, I am in the gym & use the treadmill for various activities from jogging to running to HIIT to slower intervals (but still hard) to hill jogging to backwards hill walking to hill side stepping; the Stepmill both just normal use & I also do some work where I take every other step OR every other step with a leg kickback & lastly the Elliptical. I obviously do weights on these gym days too along with abs/core & stretching.
So, back to Sunday. I am an early morn exercise person so I get up pretty early & do some ab work first. This warms me up & wakes me up too!
After that it is all about my morn coffee & breakfast plus some computer work until hubby gets up & we head out for the day which hopefully includes some people watching, coffee & reading time if possible depending on what errands we did or did not do Saturday & a cookie if I did not have one Saturday OR I may go for a second one!
So boring, right! Well, there ya have it!!!

Great workout for a Sunday Morning. My Sundays are usually dedicated to family time and we usually go to the beach, snorkling, collecting sea glass, etc. I do my crazy workout on Saturdays. I never know what I'm going to do but I always do something different and it's always fun. thanks for sharing your workout, sounds like fun!!

I take a break from my workout routine. Maybe I'll go for a walk in the afternoon. I told myself not to blog on Sunday, at least until the evening (today I am; it's my monthly weigh-in).
We have three hours of church, 9-12. Then it's home for a simple lunch, a nap if we're lucky, possibly additional church-related meetings, afternoon special Sunday treat (today it's "friendship bread", family time.

I just commented on FB that I had such a great Saturday, worked out w/my fitness coach Dan @ Body Solutions Atlanta followed by a massage!!! How could my Sunday top that?! But now I'm inspired to wrap up coffee & computer and head outside. Thanks for the extra "push" I really needed today.

What a nice way to spend your weekend! Personally I'd love to read through your weights workout or see what you eat. LOL.
Sundays are usually my relaxing day! I go to kickboxing and grocery shop on saturdays and sundays usually involve chuch, movies, and homework!

My trainer suggests I take Sundays off, but I have yet to do that and I'm in my third month since starting to workout with him. I guess the reason why I haven't is because I have so much darn energy! I WANT to move! Instead of using the gym treadmills today, I'm hitting mine here at home. I've been working on my crunches and push ups at home too. Makes me feel good to get this in.

Sounds like a lovely weekend!
I actually work Sunday through Thursday, but I start my week off relaxed. Sundays are my rest day from exercise, and John and I go out for bagels before I start work. It makes for a nice start to the week, I have to say!

Sounds like a great Sunday. My sunday consists of church and the gym in the afternoon. I can't wait till the weather gets warmer so that I can run outside!!!

I love doing one or 2 long distance cardio workouts a week where I just focus on the distance and go as fast as my body wants to go. I end up getting in a very sweaty workout and not have to worry about pace or reps, etc. These are my favorite workouts! It sounds like you had a nice one today. Do you ever jog on the beach? You have some nice beach options if you drive a little bit. I love the beaches in south laguna - less rocks than where I grew up in Capo Beach. Hope you are having a nice weekend!
