Thank you; A Challenge or Two; Cocoa & Coffee Muffin Recipes
First, I want to thank all my readers for stopping by, making AMAZING comments & just fun to have you around! I LOVE all your blogs & learn something from every single one of them. I am inspired by you all! It has been so much fun reading & listening to you in 2009. Here is to a fantastic 2010 for all! May your dreams become reality!
Secondly, I want to pass on a couple challenges I have come across on other blogs:
1. Steve over at Log My Loss is having The Perfect 10' Challenge. If you want to join in, click on the link & read all about it!
2. Crabby from Cranky Fitness is doing this over at blogher: Come join the 10x Club! It’s a new BlogHer group designed to help you take positive steps towards eating better, getting in shape, and feeling your best in 2010. No pressure though—if your goals are to eat more jelly donuts, spend more time watching TV, and experience a lot more stress and anxiety, you can still join the group too. You just might have to modify the suggestions a little.
Lastly... the yummy muffins!!!!!!!!!!
A couple weeks ago, I did a post on protein powder & baking with it. Well, to follow up, here is a yummy sounding recipe utilizing your fav protein powder! Might be nice for a New Year's brunch! Me, I might try to add a bit more protein powder in there just to up that protein content a bit but that is just me. AND, with my minimal baking skills, I might be the only one that likes them!

Jody, thanks for the link back to the challenge! I really appreciate it.
As I read your post today, it solidified in me that it is boxing I want to try, not kick boxing. While kick boxing sounds fun, it is boxing that holds the appeal for me.
