Butt Workouts; Giveaway Winners!

Now, on to the butt/booty, glutes or whatever you want to call those babies. We all want to keep them tight & "uplifted"!
1. I saw another great post over at GirlGetStrong with a 10 minute video called Cassey Ho's Butt Burning Workout. A lot of these moves you may know about, some maybe not BUT you can do it at home & looks to be a burner to me! If you actually want to challenge yourself some more, add on some light ankle weights! This also looks to be a workout that is going to tighten up the inner & outer thighs too! Are you brave enough to try it after watching it???
2. Here is a couple oldie but goodie posts from me that are a staple in my workouts & I ALWAYS feel the burn. I have been doing these for YEARS & I still feel these no matter what! You can always search glutes or butt on my site for more exercises. I am still going back & trying to categorize the posts I never did that to.. YIKES! FJ pushed me to do it!
Glutes and Inner & Outer Thighs - this post shows you the cable cuff workouts for the butt, inner & outer thigh! I LOVE THESE but they BURN! Plus the standing leg gets a workout too!
More New Exercises - This post has that kneeling low cable kickback which is a burner too!
