With Labor Day weekend upon us, I know many will be going to BBQ's or family/friend get togethers. Since there has been lots of talk out there in blog world about the "green smoothies", I though I would offer up a healthy spinach dip from Oxygen Women's Fitness. You can dip some homemade baked chips or fresh veggies in it or even slather it on a sandwich too. Be creative & make use of this dip that has protein, fiber & lots of good nutrients in it! Change up the flavor with your own spices & herbs too!
