Fat Loss-More Scale Busting Tips
People are always looking for the miracle cure or the miracle pill or just a miracle to help them lose weight. The answer is simple: Eat less if you are eating too much & eat better & healthier if you are just eating like "you know what", exercise and get your rest (sleep). On that last one, studies have proven that if you do not get enough sleep, it can hamper your weight loss goals.So, on that note, I want to forward you to a couple articles from Oxygen Women's Fitness website. I need to tell you all that in my younger years, I went through the eating to little, only eating salads, not eating enough healthy fat in my diet, not eating enough protein, relying too much on cardio & not enough on the resistance training and more. So, I speak from experience when I say that you can eat more, you can change your cardio routine & add in more weight training (the more muscle you have, THE MORE CALORIES YOU BURN AT REST - BMR), you can eat healthy fats.... you get my drift! Honestly, if you are drastically changing your food intake, exercise program etc., it is better to do it gradually so your body adjusts to it. With food, this is a big thing. If you start adding in all this extra fiber & some extra calories all at once, your body might "attack you". Take the baby steps. This is how I changed my food program & I continue to do so even now. I always take it gradually. With added fiber & veggies, always remember to drink enough water or you are not gonna like that feeling .... the water helps move the food through the body!
