Lunchtime or Home Workout

I was reading my Fitness magazine yesterday and came upon an article about a lunch-hour workout for those of you that are pressed for time. The really cool thing is that this workout can be used not only for your lunch hour workout but also at home or when you travel! Hey, take some of the moves to the gym too ... why not!
