Recipe Makeovers

I usually don't post on Saturday but since I have a backlog of things to share, I thought I would post a couple recipe makeovers from the Hungry Girl (HG) site. There is a turkey chili, a veggie stew and I thought I would throw in an oatmeal raisin cookie from her site as well. The turkey chili is a bit high in sodium so feel free to look for lower sodium options or even change out some of the ingredients or spices to match your own taste buds. If you prefer more protein in the chili, add some more extra lean turkey or even a cut up skinless chicken breast. Don't forget that as you change ingredients, the nutritional info will change too.
