Again, lots I want to post today! First I want to follow up on the buns of steel. Quickly, just check out this article I found off my Diet Detective newsletter. Next, lets talk stress! Who doesn't have stress. Some deal wilt it better than others but don't we all want ways to help us through it. Hey, for me, exercise is the way! I can't tell you how it has helped me & during the loss of both my parents exercise helped me keep my sanity. Some other ways, are meditation, yoga, talking with family/friends. Last, I read an interesting article from Care2 on different uses for coconut oil, one being a stress reducer too! What caught my eye was the skin care portion since my hands are so very dry at times but you can also read how it helps condition the hair, aids digestion, helps healing and even fitness.
