We all know that holidays somehow surround food or eating out or over indulging. Valentine's Day (V-Day) is no different & of course there is CHOCOLATE! Yes, dark chocolate can be good for you but in moderation! It still has lots of fat & calories if you eat too much.

In honor of V-Day, I wanted to share some recipes with you. Hey, eating at home not only will save you calories & keep you on your program but in these money hard times, this will save you dollars as well!
